Legislative Summaries

Every fall, at the end of the annual Legislative Session, the Department of State Hospitals (DSH) Office of Legislation prepares an annual end-of-year summary detailing every bill that affected, or would have affected, the Department.  These summaries include both enrolled bills (bills that made it to the Governor's desk) and bills that never made it out of the Legislature.  This section includes annual Legislative Summaries from 2012 through the present.
